Tony rolled on with more racing last weekend. He tackled the Showdown at the Great American Dirt Track in Jetmore, KS. Friday was the preliminary night and he ran 4th in his heat then 8th in the feature. The team switched cars after the heat race. This forced them to start at the back of the 28 car field. Saturday was when the big money was on the line. Tony finished 2nd in his heat race. This put him on the outside of row three for the feature. The 50 lap feature went well for Tony and he was able to secure the runner up spot amid a ton of lapped traffic over the final 32 green flag laps. Sunday action continued with a stop at the Fairgrounds Speedway in Liberal, KS. Again it wasd a second place finish in the main event. He was also the runner up in his qualifying heat race.

With MARS Points action taking a break for the next few weekends, The #56 is currently trailing Jesse Stovall by just 27 points for the championship.
