7th-place finish for Jackson Jr. in March Madness
When the COMP Cams Super Dirt Series (CCSDS) descended on Missouri’s Springfield Raceway on Saturday, Show-Me State native Tony Jackson Jr. was part of the strong 38-car field. He turned in a solid evening and earned a top-10 result in the $5,000-to-win March Madness program at the quarter-mile oval.
Jackson finished second in his heat race in his Schlup Enterprises No. 56 Super Late Model, putting him in the seventh spot to start the 35-lap feature. He came home in the same position.
Friday’s slated $5,000-to-win CCSDS Spring Chiller at Tulsa (Oklahoma) Speedway was canceled due to high winds.
