Jackson Jr. closes out February slate at Golden Isles
Tony Jackson Jr. continued with the fast-paced, early-season portion of the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series (LOLMDS) schedule on Saturday when he competed in the Deuces Wild event at Golden Isles Speedway in Waynesville, Georgia.
After the scheduled $10,000-to-win show was rained out on Friday, Jackson was one of 45 LOLMDS competitors chasing a $20,000 first-place payday at the 4/10-mile track on Saturday evening.
Jackson Jr. finished 10th in his heat race and came home 12th in his B-Main, bringing his evening to a close before the 50-lap feature.
